Pressure is ratcheting up on U.S. Sen. Susan Collins (R-Maine). She’s considered a swing vote in the confirmation of federal judge Brett Kavanaugh to the U.S. Supreme Court. Collins’ office has been deluged with calls, threats, and a crowdsourcing campaign to unseat her if she votes for Kavanaugh has raised more than a million dollars.
