Political Rewind: Ralston Responds to New Allegations

On this edition of Political Rewind, House Speaker David Ralston is pushing back against an AJC investigative report that alleges he used his position to delay criminal proceedings against a number of his clients. We’ll look at the latest developments in the story.


Gov. Kemp tells members of Georgia's congressional delegation to fight for emergency relief money for farmers devastated by Hurricane Michael. Sens. Johnny Isakson and David Perdue promise action after the funds were excluded from the budget deal signed late last week.

Georgia’s election integrity is in the spotlight this week. A congressional committee will hold hearings in Atlanta to look into allegations of voters suppression in the 2018 elections. And a bill in the legislature aims at reducing the number of Georgians eliminated in controversial voter purges.
