Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms has called for an affordable housing plan that will invest $1 billion into public and private funding. Why are some in favor and some skeptical on this plan?

Plus, Macon has gone through the process of revitalizing the Bealls Hill Neighborhood and Savannah has a 25- year master plan to redevelop the downtown area by 2033. What have these revitalizations projects done, or will do, for neighborhood residents?
